Amin Ghobadi was a 25-year-old resident of Fooladshahr, Isfahan. Known for his place in the national protest movement, he was a young man whose life was tragically cut short during the events of the Lion & Sun Revolution. On January 8, 2026, Amin was targeted and killed in front of the Fooladshahr Justice Department building. Evidence indicates that he was shot from behind by government snipers as he stood near the courthouse. Following his death, Amin Ghobadi has been honored as a "Javidnam," or "Eternal Name," a title given to those who sacrificed their lives for the movement. He remains a symbol of the struggle for justice in his hometown and across Iran.
